We are delighted to announce our new three-year strategic partnership with Inspire 2 Ignite, continuing to build on the amazing work we have achieved in the early careers and community space together over the last 12 months.
It all started in Cambridgeshire, where local students got a taste of the MM Flowers working world through hands-on workshops, assessments, and even real apprenticeship offers. Nearly 100 young people took part, and we can’t wait to welcome our four apprentices into the business over the next few weeks!
Now, we are wanting to push even further. Within the next three years we’ll:
Go local – making MM Flowers a go-to employer for young people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Grow across the UK – rolling out similar programmes near other MM Flowers sites across the region.
Look abroad – starting with a pilot in the Netherlands to see how the approach works internationally.
We can’t wait to continue to develop our commitment to young people and offer a meaningful route into employment.
